On July 1, 2026, Oniryx launched DigiPAL into production on behalf of the Port autonome de Liège, an application developed to centralize the management of flows, land, users, and contracts. This project illustrates Oniryx’s expertise in custom business application development for public organizations with specific needs.
A Digitization Project Designed to Address Concrete Challenges
The project addressed several challenges: delivering a tool suited to a constrained budget while supporting users whose processes were still largely paper-based. This dual constraint — budgetary and human — guided the entire project consulting approach carried out by the Oniryx teams.
An Application Delivered with Real Data from Launch
The application was delivered pre-loaded with data from around thirty port sites and nearly 300 active contracts. In parallel, a new shared disk space, organized according to a clear architecture comprising thousands of subdirectories, was set up to support the Port autonome de Liège’s document migration.
