The Project
Aisin Europe, a global supplier of technologies and products for the automotive and mobility industry, partnered with Oniryx in 2019 to provide, in particular, specialized support in development and architecture for a driver assistance and infotainment system for Toyota and Lexus.
To develop the next generation of user interface that will equip millions of vehicles in over 100 countries, Oniryx consultants fostered greater team cohesion. By leveraging collective intelligence, they played a unifying role by encouraging different teams to share their ideas, solutions, feedback, and opinions. This, among other things, accelerated the delivery schedule while strengthening team spirit.
Having the opportunity to work on the future of these interfaces motivated the Oniryx teams to excel and give their best every day.

The Challenge
The Belgian Federal Public Service Finance (SPF Finances) entrusted a team of around twenty consultants with rewriting a group of four critical applications dedicated to managing notarial deeds and calculating inheritance tax.
In addition to its expertise, Oniryx brings its extensive experience in collective intelligence to this multidisciplinary team, driven by a passion for quality work. The team members have become remarkably cohesive, responsible, and fully committed.
The excellent user interface has already generated numerous very positive comments from users, who find their tasks simpler and more enjoyable.
